Robert is Certified by the Board of Certification/Accreditation International and is an active member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists who also serves on the Board of Directors for the Fauquier County Free Clinic.  As the founder of F.O.I., Robert believes the patient comes first and through continuing education patients can be assured that they will receive the most advanced care possible available to them.  His special care interests include but not limited to Adult and Pediatric Orthotics with special interest in Prosthetics.

As Director of Orthotics, Alli works closely with physicians and therapist in treating special needs patients and with 30 plus years in the Orthotics and Prosthetics field, members of the medical community can only expect that their patients will receive the highest quality products available to them.  Alli prides himself in quality craftsmanship and is prone to detail.  His special care interests include but not limited to Adults and Pediatric Orthotics, Spina-Bifida, Polio, and Cerebral Palsy patients.  Alli enjoys cooking, sports and fishing.

Bill is certified by the American Board for Certification and heads up the company’s marketing team.  He graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor in Kinesiology.  Bill is a Footwear Specialist through the Board of Certification/Accreditation International and regularly attends educational seminars.  He is working towards his goal of becoming a Certified Fitter of Orthotics then will further his credentials by setting his goals on becoming an Orthotist.  His special care interests are Upper and Lower Extremity sports injury patients.  Bill is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys skiing, golf, and jogging among many other outdoor activities.

Tom Lemonis, Certified Prosthetist

Tom Lemonis, Certified Prosthetist

Tom is certified by the American Board for Certification having earned over 25 years of clinical and technical experience in upper and lower extremity prosthetics.  Tom started his career as a journeyman apprentice working in a leading orthopedic hospital in New York City and is knowledgeable in all facets of prosthetic fabrication and design.  Having started as a Registered Technician, becoming a Certified Practitioner then a Practice Manager in Upstate New York for the past 12 years and having run his own company Tom has earned a reputation as skilled practitioner with an emphasis on quality patient care.  In addition Tom has lectured extensively on all aspects of lower limb prosthetics and patient management.

Tom is first and foremost a family man and has been happily married for over 25 years.  He enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, woodworking, and sports. Spending time with his three daughters and his two grandsons are his joy and priority.
